Leave Your Mark on Our New Homes

Through a philanthropic naming opportunity, your generosity becomes permanently woven into the very heart of our mission. By naming a room, wing, or communal space, your family or corporate name will stand as a lasting beacon of hope to families facing a pediatric medical crisis in Central Texas.

The Growing Need in Our Community

Our flagship 30-room Ronald McDonald House in Austin has long been a sanctuary for families. However, as the Central Texas population rapidly expands and our healthcare partners introduce world-class, advanced pediatric specialties, the demand for our services has reached an all-time high.

We are consistently operating past our capacity. Tragically, this means that many families facing the unthinkable are placed on a waitlist, left to navigate the financial and emotional burdens of a medical crisis without our support.

Paving a Path of Hope

By purchasing an engraved brick, you are laying the foundation for a "Yellow Brick Road" that leads directly to hope. Whether you are honoring a loved one, celebrating a milestone, or "clicking your heels" in gratitude, your contribution ensures that for the families we serve, there truly is no place like home.

Will you help us pave the way?

Welcoming Families Since April 1, 2026

Every brick tells a story. Choose the size that best reflects the legacy you wish to leave on our new Mueller Campus expansion.

Carefully designed as a calming, open, and safe sanctuary, this House allows parents to step away from the clinical environment to rest and recharge—all while remaining just steps from their child’s bedside.

Transforming The Mueller Campus for Future Growth

To meet the rapidly growing pediatric healthcare needs of Central Texas, we are completely reimagining our flagship Mueller Campus through a two-phase expansion.

We are progressing with a new four-story addition that will complete our expansion. This new 4 story building will add 38 additional rooms, completing our goal of adding a total of 51 rooms. Construction is anticipated to start in late 2026.

Phase 1: Mueller House Renovation (Underway)

  • Four additional guest rooms to reduce our waitlists.

  • A brand-new family kitchen for daily comfort.

  • A complete overhaul and expansion of our commercial kitchen to support community meal programs.

Phase 2: New 38-Room Mueller House

  • Family Spaces: 38 private guest rooms, 4 cozy living rooms, and laundry facilities.

  • Health & Wellness: A modern fitness center and a serene outdoor garden and courtyard.

  • Enrichment & Community: A dedicated teen center, a marketing and craft room, and a spacious community room.

  • Remote Work Support: Two private business/work centers for parents managing careers during a crisis.
