Building Foundations for Hope and Healing
Bright yellow cables stretched across foundations throughout Central Texas in December, signaling more than construction at work. For the third year in a row, Consolidated Reinforcement partnered with Ronald McDonald House Central Texas to support families facing a pediatric medical crisis.
Each yellow cable installed inside a foundation became a symbol of hope and solidarity. A percentage of each sale contributed directly to keeping families close at our Ronald McDonald House and Family Rooms. This meaningful partnership reminds families that the community is standing with them during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
The generous support of Consolidated Reinforcement provides more than meals, lodging, and comfort. It is a gesture grounded in community, care, and a lifeline for families whose children are receiving critical medical care.
Through this partnership, Consolidated Reinforcement and its customers came together to make a real and lasting difference for families in need.

Travis and Ayesha Gilpin, owners of Consolidated Reinforcement, joined Ronald McDonald House CTX staff at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center to highlight the impact of this partnership. They presented a donation check at the same location where they once welcomed their baby girl, born prematurely. Their leadership and generosity demonstrated how a business can extend care and support beyond its walls, turning everyday work into an opportunity to help families heal.
Through the yellow cables, the installations, and the collective effort of the Consolidated Reinforcement team, foundations became more than structures. They became symbols of hope, healing, and reassurance, showing families that they are never alone.
